OBS connections and video

LivCue connects to OBS on your local network. Camera previews, Program, Preview, audio levels, and control commands travel between your device and your OBS computer. LivCue does not upload these feeds to RevenueCat or a developer-operated video service. Connection addresses and appearance preferences are stored locally on your device. The OBS plugin stores its configuration on your computer.

Subscriptions

Apple or Google processes purchases and payment details. RevenueCat validates subscription access and processes purchase records, subscription status, an anonymous app identifier, and technical app/device information needed for its subscription service. LivCue does not require a separate user account and does not receive your payment-card details. RevenueCat's privacy information is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Provider websites

If you open a streaming provider's dashboard, that provider handles its website and sign-in under its own privacy policy. Browser sessions are managed on your device. LivCue does not copy dashboard login cookies to the OBS plugin or send OBS account tokens to RevenueCat.

Your choices

You can restore purchases through LivCue and manage or cancel a subscription through the store account used to purchase it. Uninstalling the app removes its app data, but does not cancel a store subscription or necessarily remove credentials held in the operating system's secure storage. For access or deletion requests relating to subscription-service records, contact the developer at info@livcue.com. Retention of store transaction records is governed by the store and subscription service, including their operational and legal requirements.
